CPEHN’s Co-Sponsored Bill AB 3161 (Bonta) Was Signed Into Law!

CPEHN’s co-sponsored bill AB 3161 (Bonta) the Equity in Health Care Act was signed into law. AB 3161 will require hospitals to update their patient safety plans to include a process for addressing racism and discrimination in patient care.
