Development Associate

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) is seeking a full-time Development Associate. The Development Associate will support CPEHN’s grants, operations, and executive leadership. This includes writing and coordinating grant proposals and reports, coordinating meeting logistics, notetaking, and executive scheduling and support. The Development Associate will also support CPEHN’s organizational evaluation including compiling and summarizing survey results.

This position may be based anywhere in California. CPEHN maintains physical offices in Oakland and Sacramento. CPEHN has a mandatory up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Compensation and Benefits:
$51,750 – $56,500 (DOE). Excellent benefits (100% employer paid health and dental insurance, retirement plan contributions, sabbatical leave, and more). CPEHN provides all employees with professional development funds to grow and hone skills relevant to their work.

Policy Coordinator

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) is seeking a full-time Policy Coordinator who will conduct policy research, analysis and advocacy related to public health focused on addressing the social and systemic determinants of health and health inequalities. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting CPEHN’s public health community partner networks. This includes providing technical support, capacity building, overall programmatic support, developing partner relationships, and planning and supporting meetings and events.

This position may be based anywhere in California. CPEHN maintains physical offices in Oakland and Sacramento. CPEHN has a mandatory up-to-date COVID-19 vaccine policy.

Compensation and Benefits:

Senior Community Advocacy Manager

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) is seeking a full-time Senior Community Advocacy Manager focused on behavioral health. The Senior Community Advocacy Manager is responsible for mobilizing CPEHN’s grassroots partners. This includes but is not limited to: managing CPEHN’s coalitions, organizing local events, providing research support for policy issues, managing contracts, and participating in communications activities. They are responsible for maintaining efficient outreach, advocacy, and mobilization to support CPEHN’s policy agenda. The Senior Community Advocacy Manager will work collaboratively with advocacy and policy staff to support CPEHN’s networks and grassroots partners.

Managing Program Director

The California Pan-Ethnic Health Network (CPEHN) is seeking a full-time Managing Program Director to manage partner relationships, network recruitment, and collaborate closely with department leaders and the Managing Director of Policy to align network building with CPEHN’s policy goals and strategies. The Managing Program Director will work closely with the Executive Director to operationalize strategic plan goals, set by the Board of Directors, into projects, campaigns, and activities. They will develop and implement a high-level strategy for strengthening CPEHN’s overall network and provide close supervision and support to CPEHN’s Community Advocacy Managers. The Managing Program Director will also project manage grants and projects that rely heavily on network strategies in addition to research and communications.

This position may be based anywhere in California. CPEHN maintains physical offices in Oakland and Sacramento. CPEHN has a mandatory up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Compensation and Benefits:
