Our Culture & Benefits:
Equity isn’t just a buzzword for us – it’s the bedrock of our culture, shaping everything from our hiring practices to our transparent salaries and unwavering commitment to staff development. That bedrock is supported by our commitment to work-life balance through things like our monthly “Slow Fridays” that make it easier to take time off, generous CPEHN holidays, annual “Fun Days” that are exactly what they sound like, and a hybrid work schedule that lets you blend the best of both worlds. At our core, we’re crafting a community where everyone can thrive.
At CPEHN, we understand the importance of benefits and how they contribute to the overall well-being of our staff. We provide excellent benefits: 100% employer paid health and dental insurance, up to 10% employer retirement contributions, sabbatical leave, generous PTO with 1 week winter holiday every year, frontloaded sick leave, and more. CPEHN provides all employees with professional development funds to grow and hone skills relevant to their work.
CPEHN recognizes that skills and experience come in different forms and does not expect applicants to have every listed skill. We will always foster staff growth and development and encourage you to apply even if you don’t check off all the boxes!
