Despite a $16.5 billion surge in revenues over January projections and $40 billion in reserves, the Governor’s FY 2026-27 May Revise continues devastatingly cruel cuts to health care for our most vulnerable communities. Continuing to advance these brutal cuts is further evidence that the cuts aren’t a matter of math but a matter of values. California must stay true to our values.
